The Qube'd Beast is 6" wider than the DownEast Beast. The rack size is perfect to fit 4-6 pork butts or 3 St. Louis cut ribs and still maintain lots of airflow. Each Rack will hold one full size hotel pan and offers 2-1/2" of airflow on each side. This smoker was designed to cook a lot of food with a minimal foot print. These smokers feature the patent pending combo water pan. The water pan can be used as a drop in, slide out or not at all (making this smoker a grill). These units come stock with 2" ball valves for air intake. The solid firebox door creates a stylish and modern look as well as an airtight environment. . (upgraded 8" casters are shown in images)
