Our Standard Cabinet smoker line consist of the Battle Box, Pint, DownEast Beast, Qube'd Pint, Pint Plus, Beast Plus, Single Wide and Double Wide, Extended Double Wide and Super Sized Smokers.
These smokers are reverse flow separating the firebox from the cooking chamber by using a heat deflector and water pan system. These smokers can handle temperatures up to 500 degrees. The doors open past 90 degrees. A welded and insulated frame is built within the smoker making this a heavy duty-built smoker.
These smokers will come standard with our patent pending combo water pan system. This offers a drop in water pan, a slide out water pan, or remove the water pan and turn your smoker into a grill. (*single wide and double wide will come with welded in place water pans)
The Standard Cabinet Smokers will come with our durable Textured Black Body, Doors and hardware.
New improvements for 2023 & 2024 (GEN 23): All in one Firebox with Built in Ash Pan will come standard, notched cook chamber to hold rods or dowels to hang sausage, hams or bacon, new industrial looking probe ports and inlet washers now made in house in the Humphrey's cnc machine shop.
